CP of Colorado - CP has been an important part of uniting Colorado communities and people for nearly 60 years. Developmental Pathways - Developmental Pathways is a Colorado non-profit agency created to serve persons with developmental disabilities and their families. Easter Seals of Colorado - Easter Seals provides services to children and adults with disabilities and other special needs, and support to their families. Exceptional Kids Club - Exceptional Kids Club is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization that provides social and recreational clubs for children with special needs ages 4 to 16. Family Voices - Family Voices of Colorado is a chapter of the national, grassroots organization composed of families and friends who care for and about our children with special health care needs. National Sports Center for the Disabled - Founded in 1970, the National Sports Center for the Disabled's mission is to positively impact the lives of people with any physical or mental challenge through quality adaptive recreation programs in over 20 sports. Pathways Home Health Care - Pathways provides durable medical equipment and home health care items for adults. They have two stores located in Aurora and Littleton to serve the community. Shriner's Hospitals - Shriners Hospitals for Children is a network of pediatric specialty hospitals, founded by the Shrine, where children under the age of 18 receive excellent medical care absolutely free of charge. The Children's Hospital - Founded in 1908, The Children’s Hospital is a private, not-for-profit pediatric health-care network located in Denver, Colorado and 100 percent dedicated to caring for kids. It has been ranked one of the best children’s hospitals in America by U.S. News & World Report for more than a decade.
